I have been photographing since I first had an Instamatic camera back in the '60's - a gift from my mother. I promptly used it to create a photo essay of Biltmore Estates, in Asheville, NC.
Photography took a back seat as life carried on, but as soon as I had my first 35 mm camera, I found my artistic voice. To illuminate the world we see and feel is the purpose of the Arts. Photography rightly takes its place among the best.
